The Data Services Group at ADP Lightspeed reports that in the beginning of 2012 U.S. Powersports dealers achieved a sustained climb to higher levels of sales. The climb continued a pattern that began in October 2011 of increasing levels of revenue when compared to previous year's results.

Contributing factors to this increase included warmer than average temperatures and an improved economic situation. Powersports dealers have taken advantage of these factors to push sales in Parts, Service and Sales departments higher than the previous year's results. The group reports that in March 2012 Powersports dealers increased sales 20% over March of 2011.
