Dealer Solutions Alliance
The goal of the Dealer Solutions Alliance initiative is to bring integration between ADP Lightspeed’s DMS, V-SEPT’s CRM and 50 Belows’ website systems. Allowing dealers to eliminate time consuming double or even triple data entry along with a complete view of our their customers move from acquisition to retention.

Databack Integration
Data is automatically collected nightly across the country from hundreds of dealers and made available to pull real time inside LightspeedNXT. This allows dealers to do extensive market research in a matter of seconds. For example Databack reports allow dealers to check margins on used units or hourly rates within a region or nationally to compare with their own.

Email Integration
The email integration tool allows dealers to send invoices, updates on service, receipts and purchase orders in electronic messages directly out of LightspeedNXT. Dealers have the ability to set up system preferences for populating data into form emails and selecting the auto populating fields. These fields pull in the customers’ specific information (name, invoice #, unit information) automatically.

Find Hidden Cash
During the show articles were distributed continuing the Find Hidden Cash initiative. Using market data collected through ADP Lightspeed’s dealer network database (Databack) senior industry expert Hal Ethington publishes department specific articles revealing ways to find hidden cash. The goal is to zero in on common mistakes or missed opportunities that dealers can take advantage of to increase cash flow.
