ADP Lightspeed to Release New Payroll Management Solution
SALT LAKE CITY, UT November 24, 2008 – ADP Lightspeed, a business unit of ADP Inc., today announced the
development of a new online payroll product, Payroll Plus
SM. This service leverages the knowledge and resources of
the ADP Employer Services division, which is a leading Human Resources solution provider.
Payroll Plus
automates new hire reporting, tax filing and tax payment and provides reports to verify the accuracy of
payroll. All transactions integrate with the accounting general ledger module in LightspeedNXT. Reports can also be
easily downloaded to Excel.
Payroll Plus is furnished by ADP’s Employer Services Division which provides innovative human resource and payroll
solutions for businesses worldwide. Currently one of every six, non-government U.S. employees are paid through
ADP payroll solutions. With this new payroll solution ADP is customizing the features offered in other ADP products
for the Powersports industry.
“This new offering provides significant time and money savings for dealers. Just one of the features we offer is
managing tax tables. ADP has extensive experience with collecting, updating and managing all federal, state and
local tax tables, which helps to pull the liability of incorrect rate filings away from dealers,” states Laurn Rice, Vice

Payroll Plus is web-based, password protected and resides in a secure environment. The service allows employers to
perform payroll activities from any computer with an internet connection, as well as view pay histories or print pay
vouchers. The product offers increased capabilities for employees and employers.
“Although the service integrates with LightspeedNXT it is also available as a stand-alone service through ADP
Lightspeed so that all dealerships, regardless of dealer management system, can take advantage of the cost savings,
advanced payroll system features and eliminate concerns of updating tax tables,” adds Rice.
